Deismann's "Bible Studies"

I do not have the time right now to do this, but the attached zip contains an HTM source for Deismann's Bible Studies. The two principal issues I see with respect to creating a module are to get rid of the hard CR's (not to hard to do with Word's Find/Replace, and maybe a regex whiz can even do it faster), and the Greek text. The font used for the Greek text is Greekth, and it doesn't seem that it can simply be replaced with Gentium. It may be that it has to be left as is (and the same with Hebrew), and users have to be sure to install the supplied Greek and Hebrew fonts. But, if there is a way to use Gentium/Cardo, that would be better.
