"The Revelation of Jesus Christ, which God gave unto Him, to show unto His servants things which must shortly come to pass; and He sent and signified it by His angel unto His servant John" (Rev_1:1). This verse shows us that the whole book of Revelation deals with things which must shortly come to pass; that is, it is of a prophetic character regarding future things. The subject of the messages to the seven churches of Asia, which shall be before us in these studies, is prophetical in character as well as historical. We have not only an historical account of conditions that existed in these seven churches at the time when the apostle John was given this vision and these messages, but a prophetical picture of the history of the professing Church, or Christendom, from the apostolic times down to the end. This will be before us in detail later.

The writer of this book who was so called as RKC was born in 19-4-1909 at Wisconsin state in US. He was called by our LORD at the age of 24 and served the LORD for 58 years. At the age of 26 he married Alfredo and both of them served the LORD for 52 years.
At the time when Campbell was serving the LORD there was great depression in the country. He proved that LORD is trust worthy in that great depression period. He learned the word of GOD thoroughly and from all books of great saints. Preached in his church and became one of the writer for his books which benefits others. Important books written by Campbell are “Our great BIBLE”,”The church of the living GOD” and “letter to the seven churches in Asia”. He is not only a servant to GOD but kind hearted with others.
He started in radio program titled “What BIBLE Says” and continued preaching effortlessly until he reached heaven. Children of Campbell are saved by GOD and serving him in the church. He was promoted to glory on 21-2-91.
