Let me know how to make my own bible module in my native tongue? I have RTF complete materials from OT to NT. But my problem is how to make it that become a Bible module in the Word. But it this happen it is only a personal module. I think the Bible edition is since 1935 but not be done as public domain Bible. I need softwares or tool to make as Bible module in the Word.

What do you have? A RTF, Txt or PDF file?
What text sources do you use? Is it a complete Bible or is it NT only or OT only?
What is your native tongue?
You can post here a sample of Genesis or Matthew.

Thanks so much for this topic. I am so desperately in need of a complete Swahili Bible (OT and Nt) for theWord. The files can be obtained here: http://www.wordproject.org/sw/ or here: http://www.biblica.com/bibles/swahili/ but I have no clue what to do.

Could somebody please help me make this module? I believe the module could be hosted on your site. Kiswahili is spoken throughout East and Central Africa.

While not quite a tutorial, this is a document about creating theWord Bibles: http://www.theword.n...module-spec.doc

You can also find the KJV bible module installed with theWord, and it's usually in C:\ProgramData\The Word\Bibles

Drag and drop the KJV.ont file into Windows notepad or Microsoft Word. You will notice the Bible module is merely a text file with certain tags (explained in the spec doc linked to in the previous post). Each verse begins on a new line with no line or verse numbers.

Apocrypha is not supported.
