This Verse-by-Verse Commentary and Lessons Study is a collective
Work by Jess Hall, Sr., Jess Hall Jr., and Eric Hall from Texas. I do
believe that they are a three(3) generation family of preachers. I have
an almost original copy of on of Jess Hall, Sr.'s sermons from the 1940's.
This study is rather dated and I had some difficulty formatting the first
three chapters of James since they were basically in a very lengthy and
structured Outline format. Not quite the same format as some of the
other Lesson Studies that I have already posted by Eric Hall. I suppose
that he is the Grandson (maybe?) of Jess Hall, Sr. Not sure, but there is
some relation between all three.
Anyway in this Lesson Commentary and Verse-by-Verse Study, there are
a total of thirteen (13) Class Studies, containing the original text of the
original Class studies found at "https://www.ThyWordIsTruth.com." The
audio version(s) of each lesson can be found there, as well as some class
handouts. Also, on Hall's website (thousands of sermons) you will also
find the Audio Version and PDF Version of each class study, available
for free download.
