The Condensed Bible Cyclopedia (dictionary) was created in 1896, and is very thorough in the topics which it covers.
Mr. Johnson also put together the incredibly popular "Self-Interpreting New Testament" which gave the actual verses being crossed referenced instead of just a reference. For example, after Acts 2:38, the text or Mark 16:16, Matthew 28:19, I Peter 3:21, and others would all be found so there is no need to keep flipping around to find what the referenced verses say.
